SugarMon: FL and SugarMon: FL Pro are Elgato Stream Deck plugins that display glucose readings from Abbott FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitor systems. They utilize the LibreLinkUp service to fetch glucose readings to the Stream Deck.
